Seeking a minimalist digital hobby to help unwind before sleep

I have developed a terrible habit of doom-scrolling the news right before bed, which leaves my mind racing for hours. I am trying to replace this with a very calming, repetitive digital activity that won't overstimulate me. Ideally, I want something with a soothing visual style, perhaps featuring nature or animals, and absolutely zero stressful timers.
